Caroline Edelstam

Caroline Edelstam (also known as Caroline Edelstam-Molin), born 2 September 1975 in Trelleborg, Sweden) is a non-profit executive, currently a board member of the Harald Edelstam Foundation (also known as the Edelstam Foundation) and Chair of the Prize Jury for the Edelstam Prize (Edelstampriset), both of which she co-founded.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=SWEDEN: Edelstam prize brings honor and award to Iran woman prisoner )〕〔http://elperiodistaonline.cl/globales/2011/03/premio-que-lleva-nombre-de-harald-edelstam-reconocera-“esfuerzo-extraordinario-en-defensa-de-ddhh”/〕〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Premian en Suecia a guatemalteco )Harald Edelstam was her grandfather.
She graduated in 1995 from the Institute for International Education after study at London South Bank University and the Paris Chamber of Commerce, and in 2000 graduated from the American University in Paris after studying International Corporate Communications, Art History, Cities: Architecture and Urban Culture, and European Cultural Studies.
During 2013, Edelstam was the Director of Fundraising at Ersta Diakoni. For her work at AMREF, the Swedish business magazine ''CSR i Praktiken'' ranked Edelstam among the 100 individuals likely to have the most influence on organisations in the business, service and non-profit sectors during 2011.〔("100 personer som påverkar företagens hållbarhetsarbete under 2011: plats 31 – 100" ), ''CSR i Praktiken'' 27 January 2011 : "Utan resurser eller kassakista fick Edelstam-Molin förlita sig på sin egen kreativitet och övertalningsförmåga och organisationen har därför lyckats synas i en omfattning långt större än väntat." - "Without resources or funding, Edelstam-Molin relied on her own creativity and powers of persuasion, and the organisation has as a result achieved a level of visibility far higher than previously."〕
Edelstam was nominated to the Martin Luther King No-Violence Prize in 2013〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=12 nominerade till Ickevåldspriset i Martin Luther Kings anda 2014 )〕 and awarded the Condor Prize in 2012 as the "Swede of the Year", within the category "Institutional Work". Edelstam lives in Stockholm.
